SFB is a split pressure solar collector,converting absorbed solar radiant energy into heat energy by using a solar vacuum tube. Heat energy will be transferred into copper runner by heat pipe principle, finally transformed into heat energy that can be utilized by solar heating systems.
1. Product introduction
SFB, a split pressure solar collector, making use of high vacuum absorption ratio and low emission ratio coating characteristics of solar vacuum tubes, converts absorbed solar radiant energy into heat energy by using a solar vacuum tube. Heat energy will be transferred into copper runner by heat pipe principle, finally transformed into heat energy that can be utilized by solar heating systems.
This energy can be used for domestic and commercial hot water heating,centralized supply of hot water in hotels and hospitals,pool heating, space heating,solar desalination and solar thermal power generation.
SFB consists of 7 commonly used models, 10 tubes, 12 tubes, 15 tubes, 16 tubes, 20 tubes, 24 tubes, 30 tubes.

The solar vacuum collector tube absorbs solar energy and transfers heat to the runner through the heat pipe. The circulating medium is heated when going through the runner. At the same time, the heat energy is transferred to the tank, pool, or heat exchanger by heat transfer medium.

3. Product installation and case
Installation and use steps: Select the installation location, bracket assembly, manifold standby, install solar heat pipe, connect tank ,circulation pump,controller, fill work transfer medium into pipeline commissioning, normal use, regular inspection and maintenance.

1st sunflower has passed ISO9000, CE, Solarkeymark, SRCC, BV, SGS, Watermark and other quality management systems and product testing institutions certification.
Warranty period: 5 years.
5. Packaging and transportation
The solar water heater is packed in carton, equipped with anti-pressure foam. For LCL shipment, we will add plywood cases outsisde in case of damage in delivery
Other cartons can be piled on the carton level by level, but the basement should be flat and evenly stressed. The max limitation of vacuum tube cartons is 17 levels.
